Swimteam Sponsorships

Dear Business Owner/Manager,

The Smallwood Village Swim Club is a private, membership-only pool.  Our swim team, the Smallwood Village Aquatic Club (SVAC) Marlins is one of the best in the area.  The team is a member of the Prince-Mont (Prince Georges-Montgomery County) Swim League (PMSL).  Proudly, our swim team is managed and supported entirely by parent volunteers, and our swimmers hold many PMSL and Charles County records.

The Marlins swim team is requesting individual and corporate sponsorship donations for their 2010 season from local businesses so that they may continue to provide our athletes with an opportunity to obtain scholarships, lower enrollment fees and great coaches.  Attached is our sponsorship form for your convenience.  The form outlines the advertisement benefits you receive as a result of your sponsorship.

If this is your first sponsorship, thank you in advance for joining us.  If you sponsored the team in the past, THANK YOU, and we hope that you will be able to assist us again this year.  Without your generous sponsorship we would not be able to meet our financial obligations during the season.  Some of our present and past corporate sponsors include Rita’s Ice, J.P.
